Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with Swedish consumer law (Distansavtalslagen). The item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition.
How to Return
- Email info@cscompositi.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any PostNord or DHL service point.
- Refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, drilled, painted or otherwise modified cannot be returned. Custom-order items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or variant, we're happy to exchange. Contact us before returning and we'll reserve the correct item for you.
Defective Products
Manufacturing defects are covered under a 12-month warranty. Contact us with photos and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
