Headlight Mask
The headlight mask is the most visible part of the front end and the first upgrade most EXC riders make. The CS Compositi headlight mask is made from 3K dry carbon prepreg, saving approximately 160 g over the OEM plastic equivalent. It fits KTM EXC 250, 300, 450, 500 and 690 models from 2020 onwards and installs in under 15 minutes using original hardware.
Side Panels and Number Plates
Side panels take the most abuse on an enduro bike — boot scuffs, branch strikes and tip-over damage are inevitable. Carbon fiber side panels resist surface damage better than painted plastic and, when they do get marked, the weave pattern disguises minor scuffs effectively. CS Compositi side panels are available for the full EXC range and weigh 30–40% less than OEM.
Fender and Fork Guards
Front fender weight sits at the very top of the front wheel — one of the worst places for unsprung mass. A carbon fiber front fender reduces both weight and rotational inertia, giving a noticeably lighter front end feel on fast, technical terrain. Fork guards in carbon add scratch resistance without the brittleness of thin OEM plastic at low temperatures.
Tank Shrouds
Tank shrouds in carbon fiber complete the full carbon transformation of the bike. Matched with the headlight mask and side panels, the result is a bike that looks custom and competition-ready directly from the paddock.
