Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Sweden. We stock the full range of carbon parts ready for immediate dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to Sweden takes 1–2 business days. Delivery to other EU countries typically takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. For deliveries outside these regions, contact us to confirm availability and shipping costs.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Products & Fitment
Will these parts fit my specific model?
CS Compositi parts are designed to OEM tolerances for specific model ranges. Check the product page for the full compatibility list, or visit our Fitment Guide for a complete model-by-model table. If you are unsure, email us with your bike model and year before ordering.
Do I need to modify my bike?
No. All CS Compositi parts are direct OEM replacements. They use your existing mounting points, hardware and brackets. No drilling, grinding or modification required.
What model years are supported?
Most parts are compatible with KTM EXC models from 2020 onwards. Full compatibility is listed on each product page and in our Fitment Guide.
Material & Quality
What type of carbon fiber do you use?
We use aerospace-grade prepreg carbon fiber — the same material used in motorsport, aviation and Formula 1. Prepreg carbon delivers a precise fibre-to-resin ratio, resulting in parts that are lighter, stiffer and more consistent than wet-layup alternatives.
What finish do the parts have?
All parts feature a 3K twill weave with a UV-resistant clear coat. The clear coat protects the weave from oxidation, UV degradation and light surface damage.
How much weight do I save?
Individual parts typically save 30–50% weight compared to OEM plastic equivalents. A full carbon kit for a KTM EXC can save approximately 1.0–1.4 kg across all panels.
Where are the parts manufactured?
CS Compositi parts are manufactured in Europe and undergo quality control inspection before dispatch.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all unused, undamaged parts in their original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What if my part arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. CS Compositi parts carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects — delamination, structural failure and finish defects not caused by improper installation, misuse or crash damage.
Installation
Is installation difficult?
No. All parts are direct replacements for OEM panels using your existing hardware. Most parts install in under 30 minutes. See our installation guide in the Carbon Guides blog.
What tools do I need?
A T25 Torx driver and 4–5 mm Allen keys. A torque screwdriver set to 2–3 Nm is recommended.
Can I reuse my original bolts?
Yes — CS Compositi parts are manufactured to OEM tolerances so all original fasteners fit without modification.
