Shipping
Processing Time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends ship the next business day.

Carriers
We use DHL and PostNord for all European deliveries. Tracking is included on every shipment.
Free Shipping
Orders qualifying for free standard shipping are indicated at checkout.
Customs Duties
All prices include Swedish VAT (25%). Within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For the UK, Switzerland and Norway, local import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
14-Day Return Policy
You may return unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
How to Return
- Email info@cscompositi.se with your order number and reason for return
- We send a return label within one business day
- Pack the part securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any PostNord or DHL collection point
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours. We send a replacement at no cost — no return required for damaged goods.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. You will receive a confirmation email.
